PAYROLLING: MINIMAL MARKUP

Employees are eligible for permanent employment with our clients on a temp-to-hire basis. Candidates remain on our payroll for a total of 520 hours. At the end of the 520 hour temp-to-hire period, they are eligible to roll onto our client’s payroll at no additional cost. Should our client wish to hire the employee before the temp-to-hire period has ended, a pro-rated buyout fee will be determined.  

Payrolled employees are those candidates  interviewed and selected by our client. For whatever reason, the client has decided the employee will not be added to the client company's payroll immediately. Instead, they will be paid through Idea Recruitment for an indefinite time period. They are eligible for permanent employment with our client upon 24-hour notice to us.

As the employer of record, Idea Recruitment pays temporary staffing employees an hourly wage. Our quoted hourly bill includes payroll taxes, workers’ compensation insurance, and pay rate.
