Caylee Martin has been working in the staffing business for approximately four years. Coming from a rapid work environment allowed her to grow rapidly and gain knowledge to further her career.

Caylee believes teamwork is the key to success. Growing up playing fast pitch softball, she was blessed to pursue that sport all the way into college. Team work for her didn't stop there. It taught her that no matter the situation, whether it is on the diamond or in real life, be a team player.
